I had the pleasure of working with Jen + Ed at historic Jordan Springs in Stephenson, VA last Sunday. The setting perfectly lent itself to the couple's intimate wedding. One of the biggest decisions you make when planning your wedding is who to hire as your photographer. This is the person who will capture the biggest day of your life. The process of choosing the right photographer can be incredibly daunting, but, as a professional photographer I want to offer some basic tips to help. These are suggestions of the Do's and Dont' s of working with a professional photographer based on both my own experience and that of my fellow photog friends.
I always enjoy a trip to Brandy Experimental Farm. It's so pretty there and with so many interesting buildings and greenery it's a photographer's dream. A lot of my local shoots take place there. I met CeCe last year when she was just a few weeks old. I can't believe how fast this past year went! She's already a year old?? That's impossible. I was so excited to be asked to photograph her first year shoot. I love getting to see clients grow and change, it's such a fun experience. CeCe has grown so much and is such a cute little gal.
