One of the best and most rewarding parts of my ( awesome!) job is that I get to build relationships with a lot of my clients. I love being part of a couple's love story. It's a huge honor for me to capture the love my clients share in a photograph. I especially enjoy when I get to work with the same couple over the course of several years, like with this week's featured couple Nikisha and Jonathan. Nikisha won a free mini session with me during our " Follow us on Pinterest" contest. I got a little giddy because I knew I'd have some fun with this cute couple. I have worked with them for the past couple years -- photographing their wedding and 1st year anniversary.
This time around, we decided to go a little more edgy and modern. The shoot took place atop the George Washington Hotel in Winchester, Virginia. We had a lot of fun, I can't wait to see what happens at next year's shoot!
