I don't post often enough about the amazing families I get to meet while they are vacationing here in Sedona, AZ. So here are just a few high lights from the last month. One of my favorite spots to photograph families Here in Sedona is near Bell Rock land formation... Its a short trail adventure to a sub location called "baby bell". Its a little less than a mile walk with a short ascent up...Once we reach a lower level on baby bell there are some gorgeous sunset views. View
Im not even sure what to say about this magic... i'm still slack jawed at the talent that happened ALL OVER that amazing day. If you remember from the last Jaqueline blog post we started somewhere in the painted desert with a vibrant bleeding red dress dancing ...well...somewhere in the middle of desolate northern Arizona. After Jacqueline sufficiently romanced these sands we immediately chased the sunset over to the moody and chillingly gorgeous walls of north rim grand c
What's that saying... "If you love what you do...you will never work a day in your life." I love that. Im still flabbergasted that I get paid to take beautiful photos and adventure. But even tho I LOVE what I do it is not very often (in the hustle and bustle of day to day client business) that I get to take images that feed me. By that I mean, feed the spirit of my creativity. Greedy Art if you will. For a couple of years now I've been driving past this extremely remote "
Months ago this desert flower was pregnant with her fourth baby can you believe how gorgeous this mama is?!! She contacted me and my stylist Lindsay Mikhel to do a maternity shoot but her little bean was flight risk (haha) so we rescheduled this adventure session with her and hubs instead. Weddings, maternity, family and engagement shoots are always a way for me to slow down and appreciate all the love around us ( cue Hugh Grant voice over). A little bit ago I got to capture some cuties in Sedona, AZ celebrating their engagement. Natalie and Michael are not only a gorgeous couple, but their love for each other was so obv

A few months ago I was contacted by Zachary because he had the most epic plan to propose to his girl friend Kelsey at Horseshoe Page, AZ. And of course whats a proposal at a beautiful location like this without some proper documentation. She of course said YES! And then we were off to Adventure around this gorgeous place. The Canyon walls of this popular Page, AZ spot were so vastly h
With the hustle and bustle of my everyday life...I don't often get to go on vacation to someplace Epic like Sedona, AZ. (I used to... but now I live here haha) But seriously, If I did... I would most certianly want to make the most of time while I was there. Truth be told, the vast majority of my clients don't live here...but are passing through. Vacationing, perhaps eloping or married here and most certainly looking for an adventure. Weeeelllll what if I told you that
Ahhhhh the Universe must have known that I was just ITCHING to come back to this gorgeous place in Page, AZ!! Karina + Peter contacted me last month with the most epic "trash the dress" request I could have possibly imagined...no seriously. For those who aren't familiar Trash the dress well,....it is a photographers dream come true. What this means is that the photographer and Bride and Groom get to do all of the most adventurous/outrageous photos they want...without the w
